  • Dear Friends,

  • I am pleased to announce that my name will appear on the ballot as a candidate for First Vice President, at the NAR election scheduled for May 2013. There was overwhelming support from many NAR Directors and we obtained the necessary petition signatures in just a few hours. Words cannot explain how truly thankful I am for such broad support.

  • From day one, we expected this race to go to an election where each Director will have one vote to cast through a secret ballot. This election is not about endorsements and political appointments; rather, it is about which candidate has the experience and qualifications to lead our great organization in the face of the significant challenges in our future.

  • The Nominating Committee has deemed both candidates qualified, but if you compare our experience levels, you will see that I am the truly qualified candidate.
